a) when visiting the website

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are

The website is hosted in a professional German data center with whose operator a contract data processing agreement exists.

b) when using a contact form or contact by e-mail

If you send us inquiries via the contact form or e-mail, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on to third parties.

The data entered in the contact form is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), which you give by submitting it. You can revoke this consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal email. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after a reasonable period of time after fulfilling your request). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

The data will be deleted no later than 12 months after your inquiry has been fully processed, provided that no statutory retention periods preclude this.

If you submit an online application to us, we will store and process the application documents you submit (e.g. letter of application, CV, references, certificates, etc.) for the purpose of carrying out the application process. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.

We ensure that your personal application data is only passed on to the persons responsible for filling the specific position. Your personal application data will not be passed on to third parties. If you cannot be considered in the application process, your application data will be automatically deleted six months after completion of the application process, unless a legal provision precludes deletion, further storage is necessary for the purpose of providing evidence or you have expressly consented to longer storage.

5. Forwarding of data

The service providers process your data exclusively on behalf of and in accordance with the instructions of Neher and in compliance with these data protection provisions and the applicable laws.

  • The disclosure is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not disclosing your data; the legal basis for processing in these cases is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
  • In the event that there is a legal obligation for disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR.
  • The transfer is legally permissible and is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.

b) Google Ads and Google conversion tracking

We use Google Ads to draw attention to our offerings on external websites through advertising (so-called Google Ads) and to measure their effectiveness. c) YouTube with extended data protection
Our website uses plugins from the YouTube website. YouTube is a service provided by Google LLC, USA.

We use YouTube in extended data protection mode. According to YouTube, this mode means that YouTube does not store any information about visitors to this website before they watch the video. However, the transfer of data to YouTube partners is not necessarily excluded by the extended data protection mode. This page uses plugins from the Vimeo website. The operator of these pages is Vimeo, Inc, 555 West 18th Street, New York, NY 10011, USA.

We have integrated Vimeo videos that are stored on www.vimeo.com and can be played directly from our website. For data protection reasons, Vimeo content is initially blocked and only loaded after your active consent (either via our cookie box in the “External media” category or by consenting to the respective video placeholder). Only then will a connection to the Vimeo servers be established and personal data (e.g. IP address, page accessed, device/browser data) can be transmitted.
