Zeit Verlag is publishing the brand compendium “German Standards – Brands of the Century” in a high-quality illustrated book. It presents well-known German brands, each of which is exemplary for its product category. Dr. Florian Langenscheidt publishes this book every three years.
This year, Neher – the insect screen – was once again voted into the exclusive circle of these German brands, just like Duden – the dictionary, or Inbus – the Allen key.

What does the Neher system offer me?
Custom-made insect screens for doors and windows, sliding systems, swing doors, roller screens, electric roller blinds, electric smog screens, pollen screens, light well systems and more.

Because only made-to-measure insect screens provide truly effective protection. Your specialist retailer will advise you and find the best solution for your requirements.
Who builds the insect screens?
Your specialist retailer will have your insect screens made to measure by one of Neher’s comprehensively trained producers.
When will the insect screens be delivered?
Your insect screen solution will be ready after approx. 2-3 weeks and will be professionally installed by your specialist dealer.
How much does it cost?
Less than you think. The price for a set comprising a stentering frame for the kitchen, hinged frames for the patio door, roller screens for the bedroom window and a light well cover for the cellar, including advice and installation, is only around 900 euros (depending on the design).

Sustainable and responsible action is a matter of course for us – in our use of natural resources as well as in our social interaction. For us, shaping the future means thinking beyond our own product.
Our new hall complex is equipped with a powerful photovoltaic system that covers our electricity requirements. We have also been using the waste heat from a neighboring biogas cogeneration plant for years – for heating in winter and for drying wood chips in summer.
Social commitment is also important to us. We specifically promote youth work in our region and support local social projects, such as Phönix e.V.. We also support international initiatives such as Forikolo e.V. and Glee Needy, which implement educational and social projects in Africa.
